We have watched this video over and over again. The message that Gary Vaynerchuk is simple, do what you love no matter what. It is not easy to start making money doing what you love, but if it was, everyone would be doing it. Its not going to happen over night and it takes a lot of over time work. He stresses that it has to be something you LOVE, or there is really no point in doing it, because its the people that love what their doing that really care about the people around them, and the products and services they are offering.
